All goods sold and shipped outside of the UK (including to the EU) will be subject to local VAT/Duties as an additional cost to the customer once the item reaches its destination country.

The mail delivery service will contact customers directly and request payment of any additional fees once the goods have been assessed.

If the customer chooses not to pay any additional fees once they have been contacted, the goods will be returned to us and a refund will be processed, less any shipping costs incurred.
